Men nu vankas fika här hemma och dagen till ära bakas det brownie efter mitt favoritrecept, ja den har ni hört många gånger vid detta laget. En seg och sådär perfekt chokladig brownie som jag smaksatte med kola. Det bästa med brownie i min mening är att den fungerar lika bra till dessert som till eftermiddagsfikat, allt beroende på tillbehör och dekor. Jag skulle rekommendera att toppa dessa med lättvispad grädde och kanske färska blåbär. En brownie mår och smakar som absolut bäst när den fått stått ett tag gärna till dagen efter, då har den hunnit sätta sig och fått den där perfekta sega konsistensen.

Ingredienser:- 150 g smör
- 100 g choklad
- 1 dl strösocker
- 1 dl ljust muscovadosocker
- 2 dl mjöl
- 2 msk kakao
- 3 ägg
- En burk karamelliserad mjölk.
Såhär gör du:- Sätt ugnen på 175 grader.
- Klä en form ca 20/30 cm med bakplåtspapper.
- Smält smöret i en kastrull, tag från värmen och tillsätt chokladen, rör så allt smälts samman.
- Blanda ihop de torra ingredienserna i en bunke och och tillsätt chokladsmöret, rör till jämn smet.
- Tillsätt äggen ett i taget och rör ordentligt mellan varje tills jämn smet.
- Häll i formen och klicka ut den karamelliserade mjölken ovanpå och dra sedan med en kniv för ett marmorerat mönster.
- Grädda mitt i ugnen ca 20-22 minuter.
- Låt svalna helt och skär i rutor och servera
